Will Powerwall 3 work with my existing solar?

In most cases, yes. Powerwall 3 can be added to an existing solar system, and Powerwall 3AC is designed specifically for retrofits. We confirm the right setup for your home when we talk.

I already have Powerwall 2. Can I add Powerwall 3?

Yes. Powerwall 3 is now compatible with Powerwall 2, supporting up to four Powerwall 2 units, one Powerwall 3 and three expansion units. Three-phase homes have output limits, which we walk you through.

Am I eligible for the government discount?

You may be eligible for an upfront discount on Powerwall 3 and expansion units through the Cheaper Home Batteries Program. We check what applies to you as part of your quote.

What happens in a blackout?
